General life

So many things are going on. It's hard to know where to start! I picked up my first pair of progressive lens glasses today. First time to not have single vision lenses in my life. It's quite the change! Luckily my eyes adapt quite easily! It sure did make it easier to do my work tonight! :) I've now pretty much got all clients done through November and now to finish all of them through December and do year-end payrolls! This will be a successful year if I stay up to date on all my clients each month and pick up a couple of more clients!

I found out about a nifty little reset button on the hot water heater that gives you extra time this last week! And about a 3 in one oil that gives locks extra use time! Not complete solutions in either case since there's obviously issues but it doesn't leave me with last second scrambling to fix something! Then there's the gutters to unplug. My neighbors tree was quite generous with it's leaves. That gutter was already cleared once early on!

It's become real to me that my Father lays things on people's hearts that I have no clue about. It's easy to tell someone what I believe they should do but is it what my Father has asked them to do? I need to remember that! It's much too easy to give what I believe to be perfectly sound advice when I should be leaving it in my Father's hands. He doesn't lay anything on someones heart unless they are able to do/live it. For that matter he doesn't put me or anyone else through anything that they can't handle. I might need to be asking for help from my Father in handling it and because of that help it can be handled.

The grandbabies and their parents are doing good! The strep is long gone and for now everything seems to be back to normal. It's hard to believe that Teagan is going to be 3 in April! This grandma thinks she is a very smart little girl! ;)  Scarlet is now 15 months. She's getting quite the mouth full of teeth. Her sugars are up and down because of that. I babysat her yesterday and will see her again tomorrow. I'll have to post some more pictures next time. :)
